Освещены проблемы классификации и клинических проявлений гипокалиемии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problems of the regulation of potassium homeostasis and mechanisms of renal transport of this cation, which functional changes could have an impact in the development of hypokalaemia conditions, including genetic ones, were evaluated.
