Обзор содержит сведения о характере поражения почек у больных диффузными заболеваниями соединительной ткани. Акцентируется внимание на таких нозологических формах как: ревматоидный артрит, системная красная волчанка, системная склеродермия, системные васкулиты. Обсуждаются вопросы диагностики, лечения и прогнозирования.

The review consists of data on the specialties of the renal damage in patients with connective tissue diseases. The attention is given to such nosologic forms as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, systemic vasculitis. The questions of diagnostics, treatment and prognosis were discussed.
