Снижение функции почек ассоциировано с возрастом и функциональным классом ХСН. Однако, если низкую частоту ХБП среди больных с ХСН с врожденными пороками сердца можно объяснить молодым возрастом и нетяжелой ХСН, то причины значительного различия в распространенности ХБП у больных с ХСН, обусловленной ИБС и артериальной гипертонией, остаются неясными. Требует уточнения распространенность ХБП как среди больных с ХСН в целом, так и в отдельных группах больных. Необходимо уточнение причины гендерных особенностей ХСН, ассоциированной с ХБП. Целесообразно проведение не только клинических, но и клинико-экономических исследований, при этом следует учитывать, что результаты, полученные зарубежными исследователями, нельзя безоговорочно использовать в России, так как имеются значительные отличия как в организации медицинской помощи населению, так и в спектре медикаментозных препаратов, особенно препаратов-дженериков, используемых при лечении ХСН.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Available data indicate that the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) among patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) ranges from 9.2 for chronic heart failure caused by congenital heart disease, up 71.2% with chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease (CHD) and arterial hypertension. Reduced renal function is associated with age and functional class of CHF. However, if the low frequency of CKD among patients with CHF with congenital heart disease can be attributed to young age and non-severe heart failure, the reasons for substantial differences in the prevalence of CKD in patients with CHF due to ischemic heart disease and hypertension, remains unclear. Requires clarification as the prevalence of CKD among patients with CHF in general and in specific groups of patients. Should clarify the causes of gender-specific heart failure associated with CKD.
