<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders (PTLD) are a serious complication after kidney transplantation, which negatively affects the survival of recipients and transplants. An important factor in the pathogenesis of early PTLD is an active infection caused by the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), while late PTLD are often EBV-negative. The use of modern imaging research methods (computed tomography, positron emission tomography), as well as morphological study of the affected organs plays an important role in the diagnosis of PTLD. The article discusses the classification of PTLD, risk factors, features of pathogenesis, approaches to prevention and treatment.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>посттрансплантационные лимфопролиферативные заболевания</kwd><kwd>трансплантация почки</kwd><kwd>иммуносупрессия</kwd><kwd>вирус Эпштейна–Барра</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders</kwd><kwd>kidney transplantation</kwd><kwd>immunosuppression</kwd><kwd>Epstein–Barr virus</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ватазин АВ, Дутов ВВ, Зулькарнаев АБ и др.
