ВВЕДЕНИЕ. В мировой литературе исследования, посвященные проблеме IgM-нефропатии у детей, немногочисленны. В Беларуси данные по заболеваемости у взрослых и детей ранее не представлялись.

ЦЕЛЬ

ЦЕЛЬ: анализ клинических, иммунологических, морфологических характеристик IgM-нефропатии у детей, а также режимов проводимой терапии и факторов, влияющих на прогноз.

ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ

ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ. В исследование включены 153 пациента, в течение 6-лет-него периода наблюдавшихся в Республиканском Центре детской нефрологии, среди которых у 21 диагностирована IgM-нефропатия.

РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ

РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Проведен анализ клинических, морфологических особенностей, показано участие маркеров активации Т- и В-лимфоцитов, провоспалительных и профибротических молекул.

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. В большинстве случаев IgM-нефропатия характеризуется гормонозависимостью или гормонорезистентностью, или частыми рецидивами, что диктует необходимость присоединения к терапии цитостатика. В детском возрасте характеризуется доброкачественным течением без признаков прогрессирования.

BACKGROUND. Studies on the problem of IgM nephropathy in children in the world literature are few. Data on the disease in adults and children In Belarus have not previously been presented.

THE AIM

THE AIM: to analyze the clinical, immunological, morphological characteristics, treatment regimen and prognostic factors of IgM nephropathy in children.

PATIENTS AND METHODS

PATIENTS AND METHODS. The study included 153 patients during the 6 years observed in the Republican Center for Pediatric Nephrology, among whom 21 were diagnosed with IgM nephropathy.

RESULTS

RESULTS. Analysis of clinical, morphological features, the participation of markers of activation of T- and B-lymphocytes, pro-inflammatory and profibrotic molecules was performed.

CONCLUSIONS

CONCLUSIONS. In most cases, IgM nephropathy is characterized by steroid dependence or resistance, or frequent relapses, which dictates the need to join cytostatic agent. In childhood is characterized by a benign course with no signs of progression.
