МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ: крысам интрагастрально вводили 6-пропил-2-тиоурацил ежедневно в течение 7 или 25 сут. Деятельность почек изучали в условиях 5% водной нагрузки, из расчета 5 мл воды на 100 г массы тела. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ: установлено, что функциональное состояние почек у крыс зависит от продолжительности введения препарата. На ранних этапах эксперимента наблюдается тенденция к увеличению значений скорости клубочковой фильтрации, снижение экскреции почками осмотически активных веществ, жидкости и протеинов, уменьшение осмоляльности внеклеточной жидкости. Продолжительное введение препарата сопровождается нормализацией скорости клубочковой фильтрации, незначительным усилением протеинурии, заметным снижением экскреции осмотически активных веществ и уровня осмоляльности плазмы крови. Не найдено признаков токсического влияния пропилтиоурацила на деятельность почек у крыс. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: регистрируемые изменения функции почек обусловлены гипотиреоидным статусом и не связаны с токсическим влиянием пропилтиоурацила на деятельность почек у крыс.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>THE AIM: to study of renal function in rats, depending on the duration of administration of 6-propyl-2-thiouracil. MATHERIAL AND METHODS. Rats were administered 6-propyl-2-thiouracil orally every day for 7 or 25 days. Activity of kidneys was observed under condition of 5% water load, considering 5 ml of water to 100 g of body weight. RESULTS. It was established that renal function in rats depends on the duration of drug administration. In the early stages of the experiment, there is a moderate increase in the values of glomerular filtration rate, reduction of renal excretion of osmotically active substances, fluids and proteins, decrease in extracellular fluid osmolality. Long-term administration of the drug is accompanied by normalization of glomerular filtration rate, amd there is no significant increase in proteinuria, and a significant reduction in the excretion of osmotically active substances and the level of plasma osmolality. There were not found signs of toxic effects of propylthiouracil on the kidney activity in rats. CONCLUSION.
