Учитывая многофакторность патогенеза хронического пиелонефрита (ХрПН), при лечении данного заболевания крайне важно использовать мультидисциплинарный подход, что обосновывает необходимость определения «антимикробной эффективности» новых поколений антибактериальных и иммуномодулирующих препаратов, включая лиофилизированный бактериальный лизат E. сoli, направленных на устранение прогрессирования ХрПН и достижения длительной ремиссии заболевания. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In recent decades, urinary tract infections (UTIs) have become a leading cause of bacterial infections, posing a threat to human life and health. Chronic pyelonephritis, in particular, is the leading cause of chronic kidney disease.Given the multifactorial pathogenesis of chronic pyelonephritis (CPN), a multidisciplinary approach is crucial in the treatment of this disease.
