Описаны два клинических наблюдения атипичного гемолитико-уремического синдрома (аГУС) у пациенток во II и III триместрах беременностей. Представленные случаи характеризуют тяжелое течение аГУСа, которые, несмотря на своевременную диагностику, раннее начало терапии, имели неблагоприятный клинический исход. Впервые в отечественной литературе описаны морфологические изменения ткани почек по результатам гистологического исследования аутопсийного материала, полученного у пациенток с аГУС. 

Described two clinical observations of atypical hemolytic-uremic syndrome (AHUS) in patients in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Presented cases characterize severe course of AHUS that despite timely diagnostics, early initiation of therapy had an adverse clinical outcome. For the first time in Russian literature described the morphological changes of renal tissue by results of histological studies of autopsy material obtained from patients with AHUS.
