Липидный спектр определяли на аппарате AU 400 OLYMPUS (BECKMAN COULTER Inc., США). Для выявления очагов нефросклероза проводили статическую нефросцинтиграфию. Статистический анализ полученных данных осуществляли с помощью пакета прикладных статистическиъ программ «Statistica 6.1».</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ: у 60% детей уровень общего холестерина (ОХС) оставался в диапазоне низкого сердечно-сосудистого риска, 25% входили в группу умеренного риска (ХС 4,4-5,15 ммоль/л) и 15% имели высокий сердечно-сосудистый риск (ХС более 5,18 ммоль/л). Мы не выявили достоверных различий в липидном спектре у детей с редкими и частыми рецидивами заболевания, а также у детей с дисметаболическим и обструктивным пиелонефритом.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: больные, имеющих признаки нефросклероза, отличались более высоким уровнем ОХС. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>THE AIM</title><p>THE AIM: to study the lipid status in children with secondary pyelonephritis with its various currents.</p></sec><sec><title>PATIENTS AND METHODS</title><p>PATIENTS AND METHODS: 80 children with secondary chronic pyelonephritis were observed. Lipid profile was determined on the AU 400 OLYMPUS (BECKMAN COULTER Inc., USA). To detect foci nephrosclerosis conducted nephroscintygraphy. Statistical data processing was performed using program «Statistica 6.1».</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: in 60% of children total cholesterol level (TC) remained in the range of low risk, 25% were in the moderate-risk group (LDL 4,4-5,15 mmol/l) and 15% had a high cardio-vascular risk (LDL more than 5,18 mmol/l).
