МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ. Концентрацию NGAL определяли в утренней моче пациентов, госпитализированных на нефрологические отделения ПСПбГМУ им. акад. И.П. Павлова, методом хемилюминесцентного иммуноанализа на микрочастицах (Abbott Laboratories, USA). Мочу транспортировали в лабораторию в течение 15 мин после сбора при +4 °С и хранили согласно различным протоколам: при температуре –22 °С, +4 °С и при комнатной температуре (+22 °С) от четырех часов до семи суток. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Концентрация NGAL в моче (uNGAL) стабильна в течение четырех часов при комнатной температуре (+22 °С), в течение двух суток – при +4 °С и не менее недели – при –22 °С. Концентрация uNGAL достоверно изменяется при хранении в течение суток при комнатной температуре и в течение семи суток при +4 °С. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Стабильность uNGAL в моче позволяет осуществлять длительную транспортировку образцов в специализированные лаборатории без изменения концентрации, благодаря чему исследование доступно пациентам, находящимся в медицинских учреждениях различного профиля.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>THE AIM: to determine the optimal time and temperature conditions for storage and transportation of urine samples for lipocalin 2 (uNGAL) level measuring. PATIENTS AND METHODS. Levels of uNGAL analyzed by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (Abbott Laboratories, USA) in first morning void urine of 20 patients hospitalized in the Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University. Urine was transported to the laboratory in ice (+4 °C) within 15 minutes after collection and stored according to different protocols at the temperature -22 °C, +4 °C and +22 °C from four hours to seven days. RESULTS. Concentration of uNGAL is stable for four hours at room temperature (+22 °C), for two days at +4 °C, and at least one week at -22 °C. UNGAL concentration changes significantly when stored for two days at room temperature and for seven days at +4 °C. CONCLUSION.
