Медикаментозная терапия далеко не всегда эффективна и может приводить к дополнительным расстройствам. Патогенетически обоснованным является использование плазмафереза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Almost all chronic kidney disease in varying degrees, are associated with disorders of the internal environment, mainly autoimmune nature. Drug therapy is not always effective and can lead to additional disorders.
