Практически все хронические заболевания почек в той или иной степени связаны с расстройствами состава внутренней среды, главным образом аутоиммунной природы. Медикаментозная терапия далеко не всегда эффективна и может приводить к дополнительным расстройствам. Патогенетически обоснованным является использование плазмафереза.

Almost all chronic kidney disease in varying degrees, are associated with disorders of the internal environment, mainly autoimmune nature. Drug therapy is not always effective and can lead to additional disorders. Pathogenetically justified is the use of plasmapheresis.
