Почки признаны органоммишенью при острой и хронической болезни «трансплантат против хозяина» (РТПХ). Гломерулопатии значительно сокращают продолжительность жизни  пациентов. Острое повреждение почек  имеет место в первые 100  дней после трансплантации у 15 – 73% пациентов из-за токсичности химиопрепаратов и радиационного облучения. Хроническая РТПХ связана с хронической болезнью почек (ХБП). Наиболее частые клинические варианты ХБП после трансплантации – идиопатический синдром, тромботическая микроангиопатия и нефротический синдром.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is becoming an  increasing common treatment modality for a variety  of diseases. Kidneys  are recognized as a target organ of acute and  chronic graft-versus host disease (GvHD).Glomerulopathy significantly limits patient life-time. Acute kidney injury occurs on average in 100 days after  HCT in 15 – 73% of patients due  to treatmentrelated toxity and radiation. Chronic GvHD is associated with chronic kidney disease.
