Показан вклад хронического иммунного воспаления, метаболических нарушений, артериальной гипертензии, поражения сердечной мышцы, утолщения комплекса интима–медиа.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article provides an assessment of risk factors for early development of cardiovascular and metabolic disorders in children with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), lupus nephritis (LN).
