В обзоре литературы приведены особенности классификации, этиологии, клинических проявлений, результаты исследования биомаркеров повреждения (NGAL, IL-18, KIM-1) и биомаркеров функции (концентрация креатинина и цистатина С сыворотки крови, cкорость клубочковой фильтрации), терапия и исход острого повреждения почек у детей.

In the literature review there are features of classification, etiology and clinical manifestations, results of injury biomarkers study (NGAL, IL-18, KIM-1) and biomarkers of function (concentration of creatinine and serum cystatin C, glomerular filtration rate), treatment and outcome of acute kidney injury in children.
