ЦЕЛЬ РАБОТЫ: определить скорость клубочковой фильтрации различными методами с использованием креатинина, а также нового маркера поражения почек – цистатина С у детей. ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ: обследовано 83 пациента от 1 мес до 17 лет (средний возраст 4,15±5,08 года) с различными нефропатиями. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ: определена сывороточная концентрация цистатина С (1,3±0,38 мг/л) и креатинина (0,62±0,72 мг%), а также скорость клубочковой фильтрации (СКФ) по формулам на основании креатинина, цистатина С. Проведена сравнительная характеристика клубочковой фильтрации при различных методах исследования. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: сывороточная концентрация цистатина С не зависит от пола, а его более высокий уровень определяется на первом году жизни. Наиболее важными для практического применения в педиатрии являются формулы с использованием цистатина С и креатинина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article discusses the possibility of using a new marker for the determination of renal function in pediatric patients - cystatin C. AIM OF STUDY: to determine the glomerular filtration rate using different methods of creatinine, as well as a new marker of kidney injury - cystatin C in children. PATIENTS AND METHODS: 83 patients from 1 month to 17 years (mean age 4,15 ± 5,08 years) with various nephropathies were examined. RESULTS: were determined the serum concentration of cystatin C (1,3 ± 0,38 mg/l), creatinine (0,62 ± 0,72 mg%) and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) using formulas based on creatinine and cystatin C. We conducted a comparative analysis of glomerular filtration with different methods of study. CONCLUSION: The serum concentration of cystatin C is independent of sex, and its higher level is determined in the first year of life.
