Однако остается много неясного в представлениях о влиянии не только различного количества пищевого белка, но и его качественного состава на состояние почек. В обзоре обобщаются современные сведения о возможных механизмах ренопротективного эффекта соевой белковой диеты. Приводятся собственные данные, указывающие на ренопротективное действие диеты, включающей соевые протеины.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>At renal disorder great value is given to dietotherapy. However there is a lot of obscure in concept about effect on kidney state not only of different amount of dietary protein but also its qualitative composition. Modern data about possible mechanisms of soyameal high-protein diet renoprotective effect is generalized in this review.
