Обсуждается участие ЭПР-стресса в патогенезе врожденных и наследственных заболеваний почек, различных форм гломерулопатий. Рассматривается вовлечение ЭПР-стресса в развитие повреж дений почечных канальцев, в том числе – при воздействии ксенобиотиков, а также в патогенез диабетической нефропатии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review provides information on the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress (EPR-stress) in the development of a number of renal diseases. Participation of EPR-stress in pathogenesis of congenital and hereditary kidney diseases, various forms of glomerulopathies is discussed.
