Метод определения параметров спиновых зондов в сыворотках крови 177 больных с первичными и вторичными заболеваниями почек показал его преимущества перед традиционными методиками в отношении ранней идентификации патологии нефронов. Ранняя диагностика почечных дисфункций у больных с некоторыми системными заболеваниями (сахарный диабет, артериальная гипертензия, атеросклероз и др.) позволит проводить нефропротективную (защитную) терапию, уменьшить, тем самым, число больных с тяжелой почечной недостаточностью и сократить применение дорогостоящих методов внепочечного очищения крови.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>New noninvasive express method of kidneys functional activity specification, based on research of minimal peripheral blood volume, was developed, tested and introduced in clinical practice. Spin probe parametrization method in blood serum of 177 patients with prior and secondary kidney diseases shown its advantage over traditional methodics in reference to nephron pathology incipient identification.
