В обзоре литературы представлены данные по изучению роли липокалина-2,  ассоциированного с нейтрофильной желатиназой, в диагностике, оценке степени выраженности и темпов прогрессирования хронической болезни почек как у взрослых, так и у детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Improvement of diagnosis and prediction methods of the chronic kidney disease is associated with the identification and studying of new  biomarkers, not depending on kidney filtration function.
