Определение концентрации и роли белка Тамма-Хорсфалла (БТХ) в патогенезе рецидивирующего нефролитиаза. ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Обследованы 62 больных с билатеральным рецидивирующим нефролитиазом, 34 больных с односторонним нефролитиазом и 20 больных из группы контроля. БТХ выделяли из суточной мочи пациентов с помощью метода светодинамического рассеяния, который позволяет получать гистограммы распределения частиц по размерам в диапазоне от единиц нанометров до десятков микрон при сохранении нативных свойств субстратов. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Среднее значение длины частиц БТХ в контрольной группе составило 138,4±1,7 нм. В группе с односторонним нефролитиазом средняя длина частиц БТХ составила 186,2±2,1нм. Средняя длина волны БТХ в группе больных с билатеральным нефролитиазом составила 1962,4±12,3 нм. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Концентрация БТХ у лиц с билатеральным рецидивирующим нефролитиазом значительно выше, чем у больных в исследуемых группах, что может стать основой для разработки нового подхода к ранней диагностике уролитиаза, а также для разработки новых фармакологических методик профилактики камнеобразования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>THE AIM of the study was to determination of concentration and role of Tamm-Horsfall protein (THP) in the pathogenesis of recurrent nephrolithiasis. PATIENTS AND METHODS. The study included 62 patients with bilateral recurrent nephrolithiasis, 34 patients with unilateral nephrolithiasis and 20 patients in the control group. THP was isolated from the daily urine of patients with light dynamic scattering method, which produces a histogram of particle size distribution in the range from a few nanometers to tens of microns, while maintaining the properties of native substrates. RESULTS. The average value of THP particles length in control group was 138,4 ± 1,7 nm. In the group with unilateral nephrolithiasis mean THP particles length was 186.2 ± 2,1 nm. Mean wavelength of THP in patients with bilateral nephrolithiasis was 1962.4 ± 12.3nm. CONCLUSION.
