Изучить возможность использования мозгового натрийуретического пептида (BNP) в диагностике хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН) у больных с хронической болезнью почек (ХБП), получающих лечение хроническим гемодиализом. ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Проведено обследование 52 больных ХБП. Изучены клинико-функциональные показатели ХСН и уровень BNP. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. У 77% пациентов с клинико-лабораторными признаками ХСН концентрация BNP оказалась достоверно выше в сравнении с больными без ХСН. С увеличением стадии ХСН уровень BNP нарастал. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Полученные данные исследования доказывают, что уровень BNP 100 пг/мл и более может быть использован в качестве диагностического критерия ХСН у больных ХБП, находящихся на лечении хроническим гемодиализом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>THE AIM of the investigation was to study possible usage of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in diagnostics of chronic heart failure (CHF) in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) treated by chronic hemodialysis. PATIENTS AND METHODS. Under observation there were 52 patients with CKD. Clinical-functional indices of CHF and BNP level were studied. RESULTS. The concentration of BNP in 77% of patients with clinico-laboratory signs of CHF was found to be reliably higher than that in patients without CHF. The BNP level was the higher the higher the stage of CHF. CONCLUSION.
