ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Проведено сравнение z-оценок длины, массы и индекса массы тела детей в двух группах – с ПМР I–III степени и ПМР IV степени и выше и рефлюксной нефропатией. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. У детей с ПМР установлено отставание роста, которое зависит от тяжести заболевания и прогрессирует с возрастом при наличии высокой степени рефлюкса и рефлюксной нефропатии. При наличии ПМР высокой степени выраженности преобладало число детей с низкой массой тела с большим разбросом значений. При ПМР у детей индекс массы тела чаще имел низкие значения по сравнению с показателями здоровой популяции. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Предложенные z-оценки физического развития повышают эффективность анализа, ввиду высокой чувствительности параметрических методов к возможным неоднородностям в выборках.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>AIM OF RESEARCH – to estimate physical fitness of children with vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) with usage of international standards and local guides. PATIENTS AND METHODS. Performed comparison of z-values of length, weight and body-weight index of children in two groups – with VUR 1-3 stage and VUR 4 stage and over and reflux nephropathy. RESULTS. It was established growth impairment which depends on disease severity and progresses with age with high grade of reflux and reflux nephropathy in children with VUR. At high grade intensity of VUR prevailed quantity of children with low body-weight index with wide scatter of values. In children with VUR body-weight index was usually lower than in healthy children. CONCLUSION.
