Нарушения сердечного ритма часто встречаются у реципиентов почечного трансплантата и во многом определяют прогноз в плане сердечно-сосудистой смертности. В обзоре обсуждаются имеющиеся к настоящему времени данные, касающиеся частоты отдельных нарушений ритма у данной группы пациентов; представлены основные факторы риска аритмий и механизмы их формирования

Arrhythmias are common in renal transplant recipients and predict the cardiovascular mortality. In the review currently available data of particular arrythmias in this group of patients is discussed; main arrythmias risk factors and the mechanisms of its development are presented
