В обзоре литературы обобщены имеющиеся данные контролируемых и ретроспективных исследований эффективности цитостатической терапии алкилирующими агентами, ингибиторами кальцинейрина и синтеза нуклеотидов часто рецидивирующего, гормонозависимого и со стероидной токсичностью нефротического синдрома у детей.

Literature review summarizes data of controlled and retrospective studies on efficiency of cytostatic therapy (alkylating agents, calcineurin inhibitors, nucleotide synthesis inhibitors) for frequently relapsing steroid dependent nephrotic syndrome with steroid toxicity in children.
