ЦЕЛЬЮ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ явилось изучение эффективности комплексного лечения женщин с гиперактивностью мочевого пузыря. ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Проведено лечение 67 женщин с гиперактивностью мочевого пузыря. Всем пациентам назначали антихолинергический препарат детрузитол (толтеродин) по 2 мг дважды в день в течение 3 месяцев. Одновре менно с медикаментозной терапией проводили тренировку мочевого пузыря. Эффективность лечения оценивали на осно вании дневников мочеиспускания, результатам цистометрии до и после окончания лечения, а также субъективной оценке пациентов. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. По окончании лечения 15 (22,4 %) женщин отметили полное исчезновение симптомов нарушения мочеиспускания, 42 (62,7 %) указали на улучшение, а 10 (14,9 %) – на отсутствие изменений в симптоматике заболевания. Выявлена также положительная динамика объективных параметров: снижение частоты мочеиспусканий, увеличение объе ма наполнения мочевого пузыря к моменту возникновения первого и максимального нестабильного сокращения детрузо ра, увеличение максимальной цистометрической емкости мочевого пузыря. Самым частым побочных эффектом явилась сухость во рту (20,9 % больных). ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Комплексная терапия гиперактивности мочевого пузыря показала свою высокую эффективность, позволив добиться полного или частичного излечения у 85,1 % пациентов.

THE AIM of the investigation was to study the efficiency of complex treatment of women with hyperactivity of the urinary bladder. PATIENTS AND METHODS. Treatment of 67 women with hyperactivity of the urinary bladder included administration of Detruzitol (Tolterodin) 2 mg daily during 3 months. Simultaneously with the medicamentous treatment the urinary bladder was trained. Efficiency of the treatment was assessed according to journals of urination, results of cystometry before and after treatment as by the subjective estimation of the patients. RESULTS. After treatment 15 (22.4%) women noted complete disappearance of symptoms of disturbances of urination, 42 (62.7%) showed an improvement, and 10 (14.9%) women had no changes in the symptoms of the disease. Positive dynamics in the objective parameters was found: less frequency of urination, increased volume of filling the bladder by the moment of the appearance of the first and maximal unstable reduction of Detruzitol, increase of the maximal cytometric capacity of the urinary bladder. The most frequent side effect was xerostomia (20.9% of the patients). CONCLUSION. Complex therapy of hyperactivity of the urinary bladder was shown to be highly effective and resulted in complete or partial healing in 85.1% of the patients.
