МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. В работе использованы беспородные белые крысысамцы с массой тела 95– 120 г. Четыреххлористый углерод вводили подкожно в количестве 0,5 мл на 100 г массы тела. Исследования функции почек проводили через 24 часа после введения CCl4 в условиях водной нагрузки в объеме 5% от массы тела. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Установлено, что введение CCl4 приводит к достоверному снижению величины клиренса креатинина, почечного выделения эндогенных нитритов, нитратов и кальция. Вместе с тем зарегистрировано увеличение экскреции осмотически активных веществ, белка и фосфатов. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Введение четыреххлористого углерода приводит к достоверным изменениям показателей функции почек. Полученные результаты позволяют сделать вывод, что выявленные отклонения в деятельности почек обусловлены, главным образом, нарушениями канальцевого транспорта на уровне нефрона, что проявляется в увеличении почечной экскреции белка, фосфатов и осмотически активных веществ, а также в снижении концентрационного индекса креатинина и сопровождаются снижением скорости клубочковой фильтрации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>THE AIM of the investigation was to study the functioning of the white rats’ kidneys in the acute period of damage of the liver with carbon tetrachloride. MATERIALS AND METHODS. White male rats with body mass 95120 g were given subcutaneous injections of carbon tetrachloride in dosage 0.5 ml per 100 g of body mass. The investigation of the renal function was performed in 24 hours after injection of CCl4 under conditions of water load (5% of body mass). RESULTS. It was found that injection of CCl4 resulted in a reliable diminution of the value of creatinin clearance, renal excretion of endogenous nitrites, nitrates and calcium. At the same time an increased excretion of osmotically active substances, protein and phosphates was registered. CONCLUSION. Injection of carbon tetrachloride results in reliable alterations of indices of renal functions. The results obtained allow a suggestion that the revealed declinations in renal functioning were mainly due to the impaired calcium transport at the nephron level which manifested itself as the increased renal excretion of protein, phosphates and osmotically active substances as well as the decreased concentration index of creatinin and are accompanied by a reduced glomerular filtration rate.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>почки</kwd><kwd>четыреххлористый углерод</kwd><kwd>повреждения</kwd><kwd>эксперимент</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>kidneys</kwd><kwd>carbon tetrachloride</kwd><kwd>impairments</kwd><kwd>experiment</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Hori N, Okanoue T, Mori T et al.
