Целью настоящей работы являлось исследование влияния содержания кальция и магния в питьевой воде на развитие экспериментальной хронической почечной недостаточности (ХПН) у крыс. МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Самцы крыс линии Wistar были подвержены 5/6 нефрэктомии (НЭ). Через 2 недели после НЭ крыс разделили на 2 группы. Группа 1 получала стандартную петербургскую водопроводную воду (8 мг/л Ca2+ и 3 мг/л Mg2+). Группа 2 получала воду, обогащенную кальцием и магнием (120 мг/л Ca2+ и 45 мг/л Mg2+). Контролем служили ложнооперированные крысы (группа 3 – получала петербургскую воду ; группа 4 – воду, обогащенную Ca2+ и Mg2+). РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Через 6 недель уремических крыс сравнили с ложнооперированными животными. Уремические крысы имели более высокие уровни мочевины и фосфора в сыворотке крови. Однако содержание общего кальция было ниже в группе 1, чем в группе 2. Артериальное давление было значительно выше в группе1, чем в группах 2, 3 и 4. Гипертрофия миокарда проявлялась в меньшей степени у животных группы 2, чем у крыс группы 1. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Мы полагаем, что коррекция минерального состава питьевой воды может замедлять развитие артериальной гипертензии и сердечнососудистых нарушений у крыс с экспериментальной ХПН.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>THE AIM of the work was to investigate the content of calcium and magnesium in drinking water on the development of experimental chronic renal failure (CRF) in rats. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Male Wistar rats were subjected to 5/6 nephrectomy (NE). In two weeks after NE the rats were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 received standard Petersburg waterpipe water (8 mg/ l Ca2+ and 3 mg/l Mg2+). Group 2 received water rich in calcium and magnesium (120 mg/l Ca2+ and 45 mg/l Mg2+). Shamoperated rats were taken as control (group 3 received standard Petersburg waterpipe water; group 4 water rich in Ca2+ and Mg 2+). RESULTS. Six weeks later the uremic rats were compared with shamoperated animals. The uremic rats had higher levels of urea and phosphorus in blood serum. However, the content of total calcium was lower in group 1 as compared with group 2. Arterial pressure was considerably higher in group 1 than in groups 2. 3 and 4. Myocardium hypertrophy was noted in less degree in the animals of group 2 than in the rats of group 1. CONCLUSION.
