ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Исследование проведено на 15 больных lgA-нефропатией. В качестве контроля была взята группа больных не-lgAмезангиально-пролиферативным гломерулонефритом (МезПГН), состоящая из 21 человека. Количество катионных белков нейтрофилов изучалось с помощью лизосомапьно-катионного теста. На мембране нейтрофилов исследовалась экспрессия эритроцитарных, комплементарных и Fcy-рецепторов. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Выявлены корреляции интенсивности экспрессии комплементарных и Fcy-рецепторов на мембране нейтрофилов с уровнем протеинурии. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Полученные нами данные позволяют предполагать, что одним из механизмов развития нарушения гломерулярного фильтра при lgA-нефропатии может быть механизм, опосредованный повышенным экзоцитозом катионных белков НГ. Возможно, СЗЬ- и Fcy-рецепторы мембраны НГ также участвуют в повреждении гломерулярного фильтра при lgA-нефропатии.
