Выяснить возможную роль изменений уровней ИЛ-6 и 10 и некоторых показателей водно-солевого гомеостаза в возникновении посленагрузочной протеинурии (ПП) у горнорабочих глубоких угольных шахт. ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Исследование проводилось у 72 рабочих глубокой угольной шахты после предварительного комплексного медицинского осмотра. Обследуемые были распределены на группы: I - лица без протеинурии после рабочей смены, Il - лица с появлением протеинурии (альбуминурия от 0,1 до 0,2 г/л) после рабочей смены. Контрольную группу составили 20 практически здоровых лиц, не связанных с подземными работами. Содержание электролитов (К +, Cl -, Na*) в крови и моче определяли методом пламенной фотометрии по общепринятой методике. Определение уровня креатинина в крови и в моче проводили по методике Popper. Скорость клубочковой фильтрации (СКФ) рассчитывали по клиренсу эндогенного креатинина, используя формулу Cocroft-Gault. Исследование концентрации ИЛ 6 и 10 в плазме крови проводилось путем иммуноферментного анализа системой ELISA. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. В результате проведенных исследований в группе шахтеров с посленагрузочной протеинурией выявлены выраженные изменения показателей водно-солевого гомеостаза и уровней интерлейкинов 6,10, которые усугублялись в процессе рабочей смены. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ.
