Оценить роль ангиотензина Il в развитии артериальной гипертензии при дефиците кальция в диете. МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ. В опытах на наркотизированных нормотензивных крысах сравнивали влияние синтетического аналога паратиреоидного гипертензивного фактора на прессорные эффекты ангиотензина Il и адреналина. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Оказалось, что, потенцируя и пролонгируя прессорные эффекты адреналина, паратиреоидный гипертензивный фактор блокирует прессорные эффекты ангиотензина II. При введении паратиреоидного гипертензивного фактора на фоне действия ангиотензина Il наблюдалось парадоксальное снижение артериального давления. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Полученные данные подтверждают гипотезу о том, ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновая система в формировании кальцийзависимых форм артериальной гипертензии играет менее существенную роль, чем симпато-адреналовая система.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>THEAIM of the work was to estimate the role of the development of arterial hypertension with a lack of calcium in diet. MATERIAL AND METHODS. Experiments were performed in narcotized rats in order to compare the influence of a synthetic analogue of parathyroid hypertensive factor on pressor effects of angiotensin Il and adrenaline. RESULTS. It was found that while potentiating and prolonging pressor effects of adrenaline, the parathyroid hypertensive factor blocks pressor effects of angiotensine II. The introduction of the parathyroid hypertensive factor against the background of effects of angiotensin Il results in paradoxically decreased arterial pressure. CONCLUSION.
