КАРДИОВАСКУЛЯРНЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ АЛЬДОСТЕРОНА

Аннотация

В статье содержатся сведения об эффектах альдостерона при связывании с эпителиальными и неэпителиальными минералкортикоидными рецепторами, а также показана патофизиологическая роль данного стероидного гормона в развитии и кардиоваскулярных осложнений при хронической болезни почек. Приведены данные экспериментальных и клинических исследований, доказывающих способность альдостерона вызывать фиброз миокарда и сосудов.
