Поражение почек при COVID-19. Обзор литературы

Аннотация

Коронавирус превратился в глобальную угрозу здоровью из-за его ускоренного географического распространения за последние два десятилетия. В этой статье рассматривается текущее состояние знаний о происхождении, передаче, диагностике и коронавирусной болезни 2019 года (COVID-19).  Хотя COVID-19 в первую очередь является респираторным заболеванием, почки могут быть в числе органов-мишеней заражения коронавирусом 2-го тяжелого острого респираторного синдрома (SARS-COV-2). Независимо от исходной функции почек, острое повреждение почек является распространенным осложнением COVID-19, связанным с повышенной заболеваемостью и смертностью. Чаще всего COVID-19 вызывает острый канальцевый некроз; однако в некоторых случаях также были задокументированы коллапсирующий фокально-сегментарный гломерулосклероз и прямой вирусный тропизм почек. ОПП, вторичное по отношению к COVID-19, имеет многофакторное происхождение. Приведенные в обзоре данные помогут понять особенности развития и течения острого повреждение почек у пациентов с COVID-19, особенно при длительном течении вирусной инфекции.
