Аннотация

В обзоре представлены данные об участии системы циркулирующих и тканевых почечных натрийуретических пептидов в механизме, поддерживающем водно-солевой гомеостаз и защищающем почки от повреждения различной этиологии, а также результаты, полученные при оценке клинической эффективности и безопасности применения нового препарата из группы ингибиторов вазопептидаз LCZ696 (сакубитрил/валсартан) у пациентов с хронической болезнью почек.
