ПОДАГРА И ПОЧКИ: ОСОБЕННОСТИ В ПОЖИЛОМ ВОЗРАСТЕ

Аннотация
Подагра – системное заболевание, при котором в различных органах и тканях откладываются кристаллы моноурата натрия, и у лиц с гиперурикемией развивается воспаление, обусловленное внешне средовыми и/или генетическими факторами. В настоящее время накоплено много эпидемиологических данных о продолжающемся увеличении гиперурикемии во всем мире. Считается, что подагрой страдают в основном мужчины, однако сейчас наблюдается одинаковая заболеваемость у обоих полов. Недавно проведенные исследования показали растущую распространенность подагры, особенно у лиц пожилого и старческого возраста.
