Аннотация
Термин «микробиота» относится к группе бактерий, а также вирусов, простейших, грибов и архей, связанных со специфической нишей макроорганизма. В последние годы усилился интерес к вирусному компоненту микробиоты – вирому. Лучше всего изучен микробиом кишечника. Изучение микробиома и вирома мочи и органов мочевой системы только началось. В обзоре представлены данные об эукариотических вирусах и бактериофагах в органах мочевой системы в физиологических и патологических условиях. В перспективе исследование уробиома и уровирома позволит пересмотреть подходы к терапии нефроурологической патологии.
