СТРЕСС ЭНДОПЛАЗМАТИЧЕСКОГО РЕТИКУЛУМА ГЛАЗАМИ НЕФРОЛОГА (СООБЩЕНИЕ II)

Аннотация

В обзоре приводятся сведения о роли стресса эндоплазматического ретикулума (ЭПР-стресса) в развитии ряда почечных заболеваний. Обсуждается участие ЭПР-стресса в патогенезе врожденных и наследственных заболеваний почек, различных форм гломерулопатий. Рассматривается вовлечение ЭПР-стресса в развитие повреж дений почечных канальцев, в том числе – при воздействии ксенобиотиков, а также в патогенез диабетической нефропатии.
