Аннотация
В обзоре приводятся данные об увеличении доли пожилых больных среди пациентов с хронической болезнью почек. Обсуждается выбор оптимального метода заместительной почечной терапии для лиц старших возрастных групп. Особое внимание обращено на преимущества перитонеального диализа, особенности его проведения, осложнения, выживаемость и смертность в разных странах мира.
