Возможности применения накожной билатеральной электромиостимуляции: от космической медицины к реабилитации инвалидов

Аннотация

За более чем 300-летнюю историю изучения воздействия электрического тока на нервные и мышечные ткани представление о возможностях электротерапии значимо расширилось. В последние десятилетия сочетание прогресса в области электроники и обработки данных и миниатюризации изделий медицинского назначения открыли путь к современным методам электростимуляции и их реализации в различных областях. В настоящее время накожная билатеральная электромиостимуляция (НБЭМ) активно применяется в спортивной и космической медицине, в практике реабилитации кардиологических, пульмонологических, неврологических больных. Сравнительно недавно методика НБЭМ нашла свое применение в отношении реабилитации больных с хронической болезнью почек (ХБП), находящихся на заместительной почечной терапии гемодиализом. В данном обзоре обобщены сведения о существующих на текущий момент модальностях электротерапии, основных направлениях применения НБЭМ и доказанных эффектах этого метода.
