ВАКЦИНАЦИЯ ДЕТЕЙ С ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯМИ ПОЧЕК
Аннотация
Вакцинация является краеугольным камнем предупреждения развития инфекций у детей с заболеваниями почек. Дети с хроническими заболеваниями почек должны вакцинироваться согласно календарю, как и здоровые дети. Учитывая высокий риск развития инфекций, предупреждаемых вакцинацией после трансплантации почек, полная вакцинация особенно необходима пациентам с хронической болезнью почек С5 стадии. Предупреждение и мониторирование инфекций у детей с заболеваниями почек является комплексной проблемой в успешной почечной трансплантации.
