Инсулинорезистентность и нефропатия при ожирении у детей

Аннотация

В обзоре приводятся сведения о механизмах развития инсулинорезистентности (ИР) при избыточном накоплении жировой ткани и влиянии нарушений углеводного и жирового обмена на функцию почек. Представлены данные о причинах возникновения ожирения и ИР на ранних этапах онтогенеза. Подчеркнута значимость ранней диагностики ИР и её коррекции при приобретенных болезнях почек у детей.
