Аннотация
В этой статье подробно описаны: особенности клинического течения заболевания, оценка качества жизни, диагностические критерии и современная классификация хронической болезни почек. Выявлен различный патогенез хронической болезни почек с учетом соответствия стадий хронической болезни почек кодировке по МКБ-10. В статье также подробно описаны современные методы антигипертензивной терапии у пациентов с хронической болезнью почек с учетом последних клинических рекомендаций. Описаны различные современные исследования оценки качества жизни пациентов с использованием опросника SF-36, который включает в себя 8 шкал, а именно: физическое функционирование (PF), ролевое функционирование, обусловленное физическим состоянием (RFPC), интенсивность боли (PI), общее состояние здоровья (GHS), жизнедеятельность (VA), социальное функционирование (SF), ролевое функционирование, обусловленное эмоциональным состоянием (RFES) и психическим здоровьем (MH).
