Аннотация

Гипокомплементемический уртикарный васкулит (ГУВ) – вариант иммунокомплексного аутоиммунного воспаления с преимущественным поражением мелких сосудов. В обзоре обсуждаются имеющиеся к настоящему времени данные, гипотезы, касающиеся патогенеза, а также клинические подходы к диагностике этого нечасто распознаваемого заболевания.
