ИНТЕРАКТОМИКА – АНАЛИТИЧЕСКИЙ ИНСТРУМЕНТ ДЛЯ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ МОЛЕКУЛЯРНЫХ ОСНОВ НЕФРОПАТИЙ

Аннотация

Сегодня появилась возможность изучать клеточные процессы с помощью нового инструмента – интерактомики – области биоинформатики и системной биологии, идея которой заключается в объединении данных молекулярных взаимодействий на уровнях от метаболома и до регуляции эпигенома в единые схемы. Объединение в одной аналитической системе свойств высокоинформативных маркерных клеточных и характеристик интерактомики, как технического воплощения системной биологии, позволило получить очень мощный инструмент для подробного изучения функционирования клеток различных тканей, в том числе и при развитии патологических процессов. С точки зрения нефрологии, интерактомика кажется многообещающим подходом для изучения молекулярных основ нефропатий и нарушений продукции почками эритропоэтина.
