ОСТРОЕ ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЕ ПОЧЕК ПРИ ТРАНСПЛАНТАЦИИ ГЕМОПОЭТИЧЕСКИХ СТВОЛОВЫХ КЛЕТОК

Аннотация

На сегодняшний день трансплантация гемопоэтических стволовых клеток (ТГСК) стала распространённым методом лечения различных гематологических заболеваний (злокачественных и незлокачественных), а также солидных опухолей. Тем не менее, выживаемость пациентов может быть серьёзным образом лимитирована ввиду развития специфических осложнений, ассоциированных с ТГСК. Распространённым осложнением ТГСК, ухудшающим исходы трансплантации, как ближайшие, так и отдалённые, является острое повреждение почек (ОПП). В данной статье приведены данные, касающиеся эпидемиологии, этиологии, патогенеза и диагностики ОПП после ТГСК.
