СОСТОЯНИЕ ФУНКЦИИ ПОЧЕК У МУЖЧИН С КОРОНАРНОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ СЕРДЦА

Аннотация
ЦЕЛЬ РАБОТЫ. Проанализировать взаимоотношения между выраженностью повреждений коронарных артерий и уровнем расчетной скорости клубочковой фильтрации (рСКФ) у мужчин с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) без признаков «первичной» почечной патологии с учетом влияния ряда традиционных факторов риска сердечно-сосудистой болезни (артериальная гипертензия, дислипидемия, возраст, табакокурение). ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Обследовано 300 пациентов-мужчин с ИБС, подтвержденной коронарной ангиографией (КА). Результаты КА оценены с помощью полуколичественных методов. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Тяжесть повреждений коронарного русла оказалась тесно обратно связана с величиной рСКФ, уровнем артериальной гипертензии, возрастом и некоторыми показателями липидограммы сыворотки крови. Величины рСКФ у курящих пациентов с ИБС оказались значимо ниже, чем у никогда не куривших. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о том, что почечная дисфункция весьма часто встречается у пациентов с ИБС, не имеющих явных признаков «первичной» патологии почек. При этом такие факторы как выраженность артериальной гипертензии, дислипидемия, возраст и привычка к табакокурению, по-видимому, выступают в качестве предикторов не только тяжести коронарного атеросклероза, но и почечного повреждения у таких больных.
