ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ЛОКАЛИЗАЦИИ РЕЦЕПТОРОВ ВАЗОПРЕССИНА В ПОЧКЕ ДЕТЕЙ ПРИ ГЛОМЕРУЛОНЕФРИТЕ

Аннотация

ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ. Изучение локализации рецепторов вазопрессина в структурах почки человека. ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Исследованы биоптаты почек 12 детей с различными морфологическими формами гломерулонефрита. Локализация V1a- и V2-рецепторов изучена методами световой и электронной микроскопии, иммуногистохимии и иммуноэлектронной микроскопии. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. В клубочках и эпителии проксимальных канальцев нефрона были выявлены изменения ультраструктуры, клетки дистального сегмента нефрона не имели выраженных изменений. Использование специфических антител позволило установить, что V2-рецепторы локализованы в клетках собирательных трубок и дистального сегмента нефрона, V1a-рецепторы – в клетках мезангия клубочка, стенок сосудов, дистального сегмента нефрона и интерстиция. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Впервые представлены данные о локализации V1a- и V2-рецепторов в почке детей. Выявленное распределение V-рецепторов в структурах почки хорошо сопоставимо с результатами изучения функционального ответа почек на вазопрессин.
