МНОЖЕСТВЕННЫЙ ЛИПОМАТОЗ (БОЛЕЗНЬ МАДЕЛУНГА) И ПОРАЖЕНИЕ ПОЧЕК. ДВА КЛИНИЧЕСКИХ СЛУЧАЯ

Аннотация
В статье приводится обзор литературы по проблеме системного липоматоза (болезни Маделунга), а также два клинических описания системного липоматоза в сочетании с патологией почек. Оба пациента мужского пола. В первом случае наблюдалось сочетание липоматоза с микроскопическим полиангиитом и поражением почек по типу гломерулонефрита. Во втором случае липоматоз сочетался с хроническим гломерулонефритом, развившемся на фоне рака почки, и болезнью фон Гиппеля–Линдау.
