РЕНОПРОТЕКТИВНЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ СОЕВОЙ БЕЛКОВОЙ ДИЕТЫ

Аннотация

При нарушении функции почек большое значение придают лечебному питанию. Однако остается много неясного в представлениях о влиянии не только различного количества пищевого белка, но и его качественного состава на состояние почек. В обзоре обобщаются современные сведения о возможных механизмах ренопротективного эффекта соевой белковой диеты. Приводятся собственные данные, указывающие на ренопротективное действие диеты, включающей соевые протеины.
