Аннотация

Совершенствование методов диагностики и прогнозирования хронической болезни почек связано с выявлением и изучением новых биомаркеров, не зависящих от фильтрационной  функции почек. В обзоре литературы представлены данные по изучению роли липокалина-2,  ассоциированного с нейтрофильной желатиназой, в диагностике, оценке степени выраженности и темпов прогрессирования хронической болезни почек как у взрослых, так и у детей.
